“Oh, I’ve heard all about your groupies, Big T.” She lifts an eyebrow, teasing me by using my nickname on the court, and yeah, with the ladies.

I shake my head, still not letting her go or moving from the restaurant entrance. “That was before you, sweets. I had no serious interest in any of those girls.”

“And you have serious interest in me?” She pushes, her expression of incredulity almost insulting.

My lips crook up to the side and I bend again, whispering to her ear: “I have all kinds of interests in you,” I nip at her lobe before finishing, “including serious.”

Amy lets out a girly giggle that tells me I’m not the only one to be affected beyond my comfort zone, here.
